Safe period

A lot of ladies know about this safe period...some people don't...some peole know about it but they don't know how to calculate it...it's really confusing...so I'm here to break it down for you in easy steps.
First,what is a safe period??
A safe period is a time when you as a female can have unprotected sex and not get pregnant..that is the easiest explanation for it...
To know how to calculate your safe period you must know when your period starts and you most know your fertile days...so keep a calender or write it down in your journal or diary(as a lady..it is advisable that u keep a diary n write all the dates of your menstruation for medical purposes)
When you see the first blood...write the date....then count fifteen days including d first day...count three days before the fifteenth day and three days after the fifteenth day...you will have a total of SEVEN days...those days are your fertile days
For example: You saw your first blood on the 1st of August...count fifteen days which is 15th August..three days before 15th is the 12th,13th and 14th...three days after 15th is the 16th,17th and the 18th...so from 12th to18th you are very fertile...if you do not want to get pregnant...do not have unprotected sex on these days...
EVERY OTHER DAY IS YOUR SAFE PERIOD.💖
